Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 jar None Such Ready-to Use Mince Meat, (28 ounce.)
  • 1 c. minced nuts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Инструкции

  1. Add in oil and lowfat milk, stirring till mix is well moistened and crumbly.
  2. Reserving 1 c. mix, press remainder into 13x9 inch baking dish; spread with mince meat.
  3. Sprinkle proportionately with remaining mix and nuts.
  4. Bake 30 min or possibly till golden.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
  7. Makes 3 to 4 dozen
