Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 lg. can fruit pie filling (blueberry, cherry, etc.)

Инструкции

  1. Stir together oil and sugar. Add in large eggs, beating after each. Add in flavorings. Sift dry ingredients together and add in to oil mix a small amount at a time. Reserve about 1 1/2 cups batter. Spread remaining batter in a greased and lightly floured 15 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling on top. Drop reserved batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. When cool, dribble a thin icing made with powdered sugar and lowfat milk over the top. Can be baked in two round cake pans and cut in wedges.
