2 large eggs, separated 1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail, undrained 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 2 c. flour 2 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 c. minced nuts 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Put together dry ingredients, egg yolks and fruit cocktail. Beat well. Mix in egg whites. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 min in 9 x 12 inch greased pan.
2. Put together all ingredients and bring to boil. Boil for 5 min, stirring regularly. Cut cake into squares and pour over hot cake.
