  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. canned lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

  1. Mix together and bake in a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet greased and lightly floured at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
