Ингредиенты

  • 12 ounce Flour
  • 6 ounce Margarine
  • 6 ounce Soft brown sugar
  • 6 ounce Sultanas (raisins)
  • 2 ounce Minced almonds
  • 4 Tbsp. Treacle (molasses)
  • 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 2 x Large eggs

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour with baking soda and spices. Cream margarine and sugar, add in treacle and mix well. Beat in Large eggs a little at a time with the flour mix, and add in buttermilk to create a soft consistency.
  2. Stir in fruit and nuts. Turn mix into a well greased and lined 2 pound loaf tin. Bake at 160C (320F, gas mark 3) for 75 min.
