Frozen Watermelon Margarita

Ингредиенты

2 1/2 c. seedless (or possibly seeded) watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes, rind discarded before measuring
3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
4 ounce tequila

2 ounce cointreau or possibly 2 ounce triple sec
1 1/2 c. ice

Инструкции

Put cut watermelon in a plastic bag and place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hrs.(If time does not permit this step, add in a few extra ice cubes when blending-the difference is not which significant.)
Stuff all ingredients into a blender and puree till smooth. Garnish rim of glass with a lime wheel or possibly a watermelon wedge and serve immediately.
