  • 1 1/4 c. Finely crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, 14 ounce.
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Tequila
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur
  • 1 pkt Strawberries in syrup, 10 ounce. thawed
  • 1 c. Whipping cream

Инструкции

  1. To make crust: Combine pretzels, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 8" springform pan. Chill.
  2. For filling, combine condensed lowfat milk, lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur. Beat till smooth. Add in strawberries, beat at low speed till well-blended.
  3. Mix in whipping cream. Pour over crust, freeze 4 - 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
  4. Let stand at room temperature 15 min before serving.
  5. NOTES : This gets rave reviews! It really does taste like a strawberry margarita, and the pretzel crust gives it which touch of salt!
