2 c. Cool 2 % lowfat milk

1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, any

POUR lowfat milk into medium bowl. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
SPOON into six 5-oz paper or possibly plastic c. or possibly popsicle molds. Insert wooden spoons or possibly sticks or possibly plastic spoons into each for a handle.
FREEZE 5 hrs or possibly till hard. Place bottom of c. under hot running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of c. to release pop. Store leftover pops in freezer.
