Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 2/3 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (16-ounce) cling peach slices, liquid removed
  • 1 can (15-ounce) pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Sliced Maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. Cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth. Add in salt and mix well. Mix in whipped cream and add in marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into creamed mix. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays, freezing till hard.
  2. Cut into squares. Serve on crisp greens.
  3. Yield: 10 servings.
