Frozen Berries 3 Easy Ways

Earlier this week I share my Trader Joe’s Grocery Haul on my YouTube channel. If you didn’t have a chance to watch it yet, you can see it here.

One of my go-to buys at Trader Joe’s are the frozen berries, I always stock up on lots and lots of organic frozen berries.

Outside of smoothies and protein shakes, I’ve noticed that a lot of people don’t know what else to do with their frozen berries so I thought I would share three of the crazy easy, super delicious snacks I often make for myself and my kids using our frozen berries.

1. Blueberry ‘Cereal’

Top this off with some almond milk (or whatever milk you fancy) and enjoy.

This is a surprising delightful little snack and its super kid friendly!

2. Raspberries and Cream

Ok! This one reminds me of cheesecake.

Grab that small bowl of yours that you love so much and combine 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, and a good dash of cinnamon.

Stir it all together and enjoy the way the partially frozen raspberries melt in your mouth along with all of that protein-packed, creamy goodness.

Who says yummy snacks have to be complicated? Not me!

3. Strawberry Banana Nice Cream

I’ve shared some ‘nice cream’ ideas before, but I strongly believe that you can never have enough ways to eat your nice cream.

Grab a small for processor or a blender and add a 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana cut into small chunks and 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk (Or any milk! Water would even work).

Blend, blend, blend and then sit back and enjoy your rich, creamy, soft-serve strawberry banana ice cream.

Nice-creams just never stop blowing my mind. #sodamngood
