Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Minced white chocolate
  • 3/4 c. Toasted almond brittle
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar, plus
  • 1/2 x cc Sugar
  • 1 lb Fromage Blanc
  • 3 sht gelatin, softened in cold water
  • 6 x Yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. Heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Инструкции

  1. Combine first four ingredients till well coated with butter. Press into bottom of molds. Chill.
  2. Combine 1 c. sugar and fromage blanc in large bowl, whisk over a warm water bath till sugar has dissolved. Squeeze all water out of gelatin sheets and add in to hot fromage mix, stir till gelatin has dissolved. Cold slightly over a water bath till slightly thickened. Whip yolks in mixer with second c. of sugar till thick and pale, fold into fromage mix.
  3. Mix in whipped cream. Fill 4-inch ring molds, smooth tops and refrigeratetill set.
  4. Yield: 10 servings
  5. Serve with strawberry mint salsa.
