  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 med Scallions - white and light green parts slice thin
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely minced unsalted peanuts, (cooked)

  1. Combine all the above in a small bowl - simple isn't it!
  2. I generally add in more tamarind or possibly lemon juice and more chilli or possibly sambal to the peanut sauce recipes.
