Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 pound grnd beef/pork
  • 2 c. minced cabbage
  • 2 c. minced water chestnuts
  • Salt, water (sm. amount)
  • Vegetable oil sufficient to cover the wonton in the pan
  • 1 pkg. Wonton wrappers
  • Ketchup
  • Sugar
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Salt
  • Some water

Инструкции

  1. Brown, in frying pan, beef or possibly pork, add in remaining ingredients. Put 1 tsp of filling on the center of wrapper. Wet the corners with water and press together. Fry wonton in vegetable oil till they turn golden.
  2. Cook in pan for 3-4 min.
