Fried Sweet Potatoes

Ингредиенты

1 medium sweet potatoe
nutmeg
cinnamon

sugar
butter or possibly oil

Инструкции

Chop sweet potatoes into thin slices. Then cut each slice into fours. Place in heated and greased pan. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar on top.
Cook for 5-7 min. Then turn them over and cook for another 5 min. Delicious!
