- Clean the fish and remove the backbone.
- Defrost the frzn fish.
- Stir the margarine or possibly butter with minced parsley or possibly grated horseradish.
- Put two fillets together skinside out with a little filling between.
- Dip both sides in flour mixed with bread crumbs salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet with margarine butter or possibly oil.
- When the foam subsides add in the fish and fry both sides until a golden.
- Serve at once with mashed or possibly boiled potatoes and creamed vegetables.
