Ингредиенты

  • 3 sm -sized red mullets
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Cornstarch Oil for frying
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 x Leek
  • 1/4 x Red pepper

Инструкции

  1. (1) Scale mullets, remove intestines through gills, and wash well. Make three scores diagonally on fish and season with salt and pepper. 2. Coat seasoned fish with cornstarch, set aside 5 min and deep-fry twice in 350 F oil. 3. Mix soy sauce, sugar, chopped garlic and water in saucepan and cook. When sauce boils, add in deep-fried fish and cook 8 min till shiny, adding a few drops of sesame oil at the end. 4. Shred leek and cut red pepper into thin rings. Place fish on serving plate and garnish with leek slices and pepper rings.
