- Mix the sliced potatoes salt and chilli pwdr and set aside for 10 min.
- Heat the oil in a deep kadai or possibly wok.
- Roll each seasoned slice in the flour shake off the excess and deep fry on a low heat till crisp and cooked.
- Fry a few slices at a time to ensure even cooking.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve warm with onion chutney.
- This dish is a tasty snack and a more nutritious alternative to crisps.
