Рецепт Fried Noodles with Veggie Toppings
I have personally tasted this dish with friends and we all loved it. I tried to recreate it using a recipe I found online and gave it a little twist of my own flavor. It worked!

- First, prepare noodle nest. Heat cooking oil in a large wok or deep fryer.
- Deep fry a whole nest of pancit canton for about 2 minutes on each side, turning once. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cubed chicken meat with 1 egg white and cornstarch and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. let stand for 5 minutes.
- Bring 3 cups of water or broth to a boil in a small pot. Once boiling, drop coated chicken pieces in the broth and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok, heat cooking oil. Sauté onions until soft. Add shrimp and then chicken pieces.
- Add the vegetables, one at a time.
- Pour in the chicken stock then season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and ground white pepper. let simmer over low heat just until vegetables are cooked.
- Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in water. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off heat.
- Pour over noodle nest and serve immediately.
