Ингредиенты

  • 1 kg. mutton, cut up
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. garlic paste (5 cloves)
  • 1 tbsp. ginger paste (1 inch)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. MSG
  • 1/2 c oil

Инструкции

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a pan.
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender and water is dried up.
  3. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Open the pan and add salt and oil.
  5. Shalow fry the meat for 5 minutes each side.
