1 tsp Butter
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/3 c. Corn flakes (Nut'n Honey flakes are great), crushed up to 1/4 c
1 1/3 c. Vanilla ice cream

Here is an excellent recipe For Fried Ice Cream which Really isn't Fried, but is delicious!
Heat butter in small saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon; blend well. Stir in cereal. Form ice cream into 4 balls. Roll in cereal mix to coat. Cover, freeze. Let stand at room temperature a few min before serving.
