1 cup Cornmeal 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp Baking Pwdr

1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 Tbsp. Buttermilk

Инструкции

1. Mix dry ingredients real well.
2. Add in sufficient boiling water to make stiff dough. Add in buttermilk and mix well.
3. Make out in small round patties with hands dipped in water.
4. Fry in deep fat.
