...and there it is! Salt Water Fried Chicken stuffed with Meatballs. I decided to make the old Francese sauce that goes with it too.

You can tilt the pan and spoon away any unwanted oil that came out of the meatballs...but don't throw it out! This delicious oil can be used again to start a Risotto or to make the roux for another batch of Francese sauce.
