Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb Brie Cheese Flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly Butter
  • 1 loaf French Bread

Инструкции

  1. Remove and throw away paper and plastic wrapping from cheese. Coat all surfaces with flour.
  2. Beat egg with water in a pie plate till foamy. Dip cheese in egg, then in crumbs, coating well.
  3. Heat margarine in a small skillet or possibly flameproof stove-to-table casserole just till it foams. Put cheese in pan; cover; cook over low heat about 5 min, or possibly till golden on one side. Turn over and cook, covered, on other side till golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat; make a cut in the cheese so it will run. Serve at once while hot with bread which has been cut into small pcs. Pass around while hot - cheese firms as it cools.
