- In medium bowl, combine uncooked scallops, lime juice, scallions, coriander, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt and Tabasco.
- Cover; chill mix for at least 5 hrs, or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Line a serving plate with lettuce leaves; spoon vegetables and scallop mix on lettuce, garnishing with fresh coriander if you like, and serve.
