  • 1 med White onion, diced
  • 8 x Green onions, finely minced
  • 12 sprg cilantro, finely minced
  • 3 x to 6 chilies serranos Or possibly 2 jalapenos, chopped Salt to taste
  • 1/3 c. Grapefruit or possibly lime juice
  • 1 med Avocado, diced
  • 1 tsp Oregano, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Cilantro, minced

  1. Combine all ingredients. If prepared ahead of time, combine all the ingredients except the avocado, that should be added just before serving.
