  • 2 pt strawberries, whole, washed
  • 1 pkt cream cheese, (8-oz) softened
  • 6 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Put cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and lemon juice into small bowl. Mix well with mixer for about 5 min.
  2. Smooth cream cheese mix all around berry with table knife, leaving just stem showing. Put minced pecans on a plate; roll strawberries in nuts till coated on all sides. (You can also coat strawberries in colored sprinkles.) Serve right away or possibly chill up to 1 hour.
