  • 1 c. white cake mix
  • 1 sm. strawberry Jello
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. frzn strawberries
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. liquid removed strawberries
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Layers should be split making a 4 layer cake.
  2. Sprinkle coconut over top.
