- 2 c. Fresh cut corn kernels
- 1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper, (sweet)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 x Jalapeno or possibly Serano peppers, minced (warm, (1 to 2) peppers are optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar, (or possibly Equal) (1 to 2)
Инструкции
- In a large skillet, heat margarine on medium heat. Add in corn and all minced peppers and stir-fry until blended and coated with margarine. Add in vanilla and continue to stir-fry. Add in sugar, herbs and/or possibly salt and pepper, to taste. Continue to stir-fry until you notice the corn turning more yellow.
- Total stir-fry time shouldn't exceed 4-5 min or possibly the mix will begin to caramelize.
- This recipe is cholesterol free and is an exciting addition to any entree.
