- In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add in the water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat;stir in gelatin till dissolved. Cold for 15 minutes. Place raspberries in thecrust; slowly pour gelatin mix over berries. Refrigeratetill set, about 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
