Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb fresh pork belly any cut
  • 1/4 c. water chestnuts
  • 1/3 c. crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp. mushrooms, canned or possibly fresh
  • 2/3 c. corn flour (or possibly any flour)
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/4 tsp sugar salt pepper soy sauce

Инструкции

  1. Grind pork in meat grinder. Chop mushrooms (pre-cook if fresh) and water chestnuts. Blend mushrooms and water chestnuts with pork and mix with crabmeat. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Roll mix into small balls. Coat meatballs in flour. Beat egg and add in 1 Tbsp. water. Dip balls in egg and water mix. Deep fry for 15 min. Use soy sauce for additional seasoning, if you like.
