  • 2 c. shredded red cabbage
  • 2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 x Red Bartlett pears sliced
  • 1 c. shredded carrots - (abt 2 med)
  • 1 x green onion minced Asian Sesame Dressing (see recipe)
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds (optional) toasted

  1. Toss together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and drizzle with Asian Sesame Dressing, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like. Serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
