Ингредиенты

2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, finely minced
2 tsp fresh sage, finely minced

1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp grnd black pepper

Инструкции

Finely chop the garlic and herbs, mix with pepper and oil, reserve.
Yield: Sufficient to lightly coat three to four steaks
