Ингредиенты

  • (18-oz) package prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mascarpone or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 lb hard, ripe fresh figs (about 8 large), quartered
  • 1/4 c. currant or possibly apple jelly
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  1. Slice and place the cookie dough in a single layer on a 12 inch pizza pan.
  2. Allow to stand for a few min at room temperature till softened. Flour hands generously and press dough slices together proportionately to about 1/4 inch thick, leaving 1/2 inch raised edges all around. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Cold.
  4. Combine cream cheese, mascarpone and egg in a small bowl. Beat till smooth.
  5. Spread proportionately over crust except on edges. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till filling is set and lightly browned. Cold.
  6. Just before serving, arrange fig quarters on top. Heat jelly with lemon juice
  7. In a small saucepan over low heat and brush onto figs. Cut into wedges.
