- CAKE Prepare the cake mix according to directions using the coconut lowfat milk
- (adding water) for the liquid required in the cake mix. ICING Combine sugar, Karo and water and boil till it forms a hard ball. Beat slowly into the beaten egg whites till it is a good consistency to spread. Cover the bottom cake layer with icing and about one third of the grated coconut.
- Cover with top layer of cake and ice top and sides. Use the remaining grated coconut on the top and sides of the cake. Beautiful and delicious!
