  • 2 lb Asparagus, Fresh, Any Color Water, Boiling, Salted
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 lrg Egg, Hard Cooked

Инструкции

  1. Wash asparagus spears and trim off tough ends. Place asparagus in boiling salted water and cook till tender, 7 to 10 min. Drain off liquid. In a small saucepan, heat the butter, cook over low heat till lightly browned.
  2. Sprinkle freshly grated cheese over butter and mix. Spoon over asparagus.
  3. Garnish with sliced hard boiled egg.
