Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 3 large eggs 3 c. self rising flour, sifted 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1 c. coconut (opt.)

1 c. minced pecans 3 c. diced fresh apples, peeled 4 ounce cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in preheated oven in a buttered and lightly floured bundt cake pan or possibly till cake tests done. Spoon cream cheese frosting on top and drizzle sides of cooled cake.
2. Cream cheese and butter till smooth. Add in powdered sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla, blending till smooth.
