Ингредиенты
- 4 cups apples, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with pam at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
- (Note: I have used every kind of apple you can buy in this cake. I just peel and grate the apples on one of those tin hand graters)
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 box confectionary sugar (16 oz)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
