- Bring syrup, 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. cinnamon to boil in medium saucepan. Boil for 2 min. Cold.
- Whisk Large eggs, cream, vanilla, 3 Tbsp. maple syrup mix and remaining 1 tsp. cinnamon in bowl.
- Place bread slices in large baking dish. Pour egg mix over; turn to coat. Pierce bread in several places with fork. Let stand 5 min.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in bread and cook till brown, about 3 min. If needed, add in more butter to skillet; turn over bread and cook till brown, about 3 min. Transfer to plates.
- Serve with remaining syrup.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
