Your favorite French toast mix
2 slices bread
Peanut butter

Jam or possibly preserves
Melted butter or possibly oil

Make PBJ sandwich. Make French toast mix. Heat butter in fry pan. With 2 pancake turners, one under and one on top of sandwich, dip into mix on both sides and fry on both sides as you would French toast.A little powdered sugar topping is nice. Good served alone or possibly with bacon or possibly sausage.
