4 T of mayonnaise 2 teaspoon sherry (Harvey Bristol Cream) Tomato puree

1 to 2 T lemon juice 1 tin med. shrimp 1 head of lettuce

2. Mix mayonnaise, sherry and lemon juice in a bowl. Add in shrimp and a little tomato puree to give a light pink color. Shred lettuce and arrange on glass dishes. Pour mix on top.
