  • 1 x 9 inch baked pie shell
  • 2 c. canned sliced peaches, liquid removed
  • 1 x (4 oz) box instant vanilla pie filling
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 2/3 c. reserved peach juice
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Method:1. Stir together lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pie filling, and almond extract for 2 min. Pour filling into pie shell. Refrigeratefor 10 minuites. Arrange peach slices in a nice pattern over custard in pie shell.
  2. In a pot place reserved peach juice and corn starch. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat, and add in lemon juice. Pour glaze over peaches. Refrigeratetill set. Serve.
  3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  4. This is an easy impressive pie. It is also very good with fresh fruit.
