- Method:1. Stir together lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pie filling, and almond extract for 2 min. Pour filling into pie shell. Refrigeratefor 10 minuites. Arrange peach slices in a nice pattern over custard in pie shell.
- In a pot place reserved peach juice and corn starch. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat, and add in lemon juice. Pour glaze over peaches. Refrigeratetill set. Serve.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- This is an easy impressive pie. It is also very good with fresh fruit.
