- Pre-heat the oven to 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4
- To make the tart, sieve the flour and salt into a bowl. Crumble in the butter, fold in the sugar, egg yolk and water. Mix into a ball and refrigeratefor about 30 mionutes. Roll out thinly and use to line some flan rings. Bake in the oven for about 10 min till brown.
- For the filling, boil the vanilla and lowfat milk together. Mix the Large eggs and sugar together and then fold in the flour. Pour half the lowfat milk into the egg mix, then pour which back into the lowfat milk pan with the rest of the lowfat milk.
- Cook for about 1 minute. Fill each tart with the warm or possibly cool custard, garnish with the fruit of your choice.
