Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar -- sifted
  • 4 sqr unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 18 x vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. heavy cream -- whipped maraschino cherries

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar; blend in melted chocolate. Add in Large eggs and beat well after each egg. Add in flavorings. Using 18 cupcake/muffin liners, put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each and then fill with chocolate mix 3/4 full. Place a dollop of whipped cream on each and top with a cherry.
  2. Freeze in muffin pans to retain shape. After the creams are frzn, they may be stored in plastic bags. Serve frzn.
