1 lb Very lean grnd beef 1/4 c. Lowfat sweet n spicy french dressing 3/4 ounce Wheat germ

1/2 c. Finely minced onions 2 x Egg whites 1/8 tsp Pepper Salt to taste

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
