Ингредиенты

  • 6 whole chicken breasts (or possibly 2 small whole chickens)
  • 2 pkg. (10 ounce) minced spinach or possibly broccoli
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pound Ricotta cheese
  • 12 to 16 ounce grated Mozzarella
  • 1/2 pound grated Parmesan
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 8 lasagna noodles or possibly sufficient for 2 layers depending on size of pan
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 large eggs

  1. Boil chicken. Cool, bone, tear into strips. Cook spinach or possibly broccoli, drain. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add in spinach or possibly broccoli to this mix. Mix grated cheese together. Blend Ricotta with large eggs. Put together cheese and Ricotta mix. Over low heat, blend soup and lowfat sour cream. Cook noodles. Layer soup mix, noodles, chicken, vegetable mix, Ricotta cheese mix at least 2 layers of each ending with soup mix.Bake at 350 degrees 40 min in a large pan as mix is very generous. Bake covered 20 min, uncovered 20 min. Serves 10 to 12.
