- Make a layer of 1/3 of the bread, ham & cheese cubes in a buttered, straight-sided 8-c. baking dish. Mix flour & mustard in a c.; sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. over layer; drizzle 1 Tbsp. melted butter over.
- Repeat layering as before to make two more layers. Beat Large eggs with lowfat milk & Tabasco till foamy; pour into dish. Cover, refrigerateat least 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or possibly till puffed and golden brown.
- Serve at once.
- Serves 6-8.
