3 med. size sweet potatoes Vegetable oil

Salt or possibly powdered sugar (optional)

Инструкции

1. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 10 min; let cool to touch. Peel sweet potatoes, and cut into finger size strips or possibly 1/4 inch slices. Fry in hot oil (380 degrees) till golden; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt or possibly powdered sugar, if you like.
