Ингредиенты

  • 9-12 slices of bread
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • Onions, minced, to taste
  • 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan, lay bread on bottom and cover with cheeses, mushrooms, onions and bacon. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper and pour over dry ingredients. Set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
