- 30 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g lardons (optional)
- about 100 g mushrooms
- 1 heaped tsp sun-dried tomato paste, or 1 fresh tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 glass white wine or Noilly Prat (I used the latter)
- salt and pepper
- a little crème fraîche or yoghurt (optional)
