1 can tomato sauce or possibly puree Dashes of oregano, rosemary, basil, chervil, tarragon (1 clove of garlic, chopped)

Onion & garlic pwdr

1. Slice French bread 1/2 inch. Brush with sauce. Put Italian sausage, mushrooms, etc. and top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min or possibly till golden.
